Terms of service:this terms of use and services are specifically applicable for character designs and adopts, my t.o.s for regular commissions are in my vgen !

- all artworks is only for personal usage, for commercial use a fee of +100% of the final price will be charged (this is just in case of not automatic buy)
- payments have to be made in EUR through paypal via invoice
- payments must be sent at max 48h after the auction's end date
- payment plans are accepted and optional, available for bids above $200
- payments over $400 can split the payments in 3 months if necessary
- for payment plans you must pay 50% of the value first, and the other half next month
- the art and files will be sent after all is paid-for
- resell/trade/gift of the piece are not allowed until i receive the full payment
- my art is not authorized to be used for AI and NFTs
- owner of adopt/design in question is free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites, etc.

- do not trade/resell/edit/gift any of my artwork without my permission
- traced of my art is prohibited
- resell of the piece is allowed for the same price paid or lower unless it comes with extra art
- there won't be any changes or modifications to the piece itself
- you are allowed to adopt the characters as OCs, but always crediting me for their design.

- minor edits are allowed to the adopt/design as long as the character is still recognizable
- change of the outfit structure and hair-style is allowed as long as the aesthetic of the character be always stay the same as my adopt/design sheet (e.g: if the oc has an specific color palette, aesthetic, it may can change as long as it fits the style/aesthetic)
- the character is allowed to have more outfits so you can be as creative as you want when asking for a commission or drawing the oc yourself !
- all of the above apply equally to pets/familiar/stuffed animals etc,etc
